KATE POST, Founder
Kate Post has developed high performing teams in the outsourcing industry for more than 35 years. Her pride and passion is formulated in her belief of “Employees First.” This concept is foreign to many employers in the 21st Century, but Kate has built Adamas on this model with great success. Her philosophy is that when you do the right thing and put “Employees First” their productivity, performance, and quality work are apparent in everything they do. This is how Adamas retains its employees and what makes Adamas a best in class employer outperforming their competition. In fact, in 2016 alone, 18 internal employees were promoted representing 13% of the total employees in the company! This is an astounding accomplishment and is due to Kate’s leadership style and the work of her executive team who execute and live her vision everyday!
Kate’s track record of success includes the ability to assess her clients’ needs, design programs to fit those needs and solve their everyday problems and then hire and motivate staff who exceed client expectations. Kate believes that an “In Field Management” approach is what makes the difference in how Adamas provides White Glove Service to luxury residential communities like the one at The Versailles.
BETH CASEY-BELLONE, PHR, SHRM-CP, Vice President, Human Resources
Beth Casey-Bellone is a Certified Professional in Human Resources who uses a Strengths-based philosophy to implement the Adamas vision of "Employees First."
During the past two years, Beth has built a best in class Human Resources Organization from the ground-up. Our company began with 20 employees five years ago and has grown to more than 200 employees today. Beth views Adamas employees as her clients, each one with strengths, talents and destined for different career paths that require discovery, leadership and coaching. She personally coaches employees and customizes programs to fit their skill development. In addition to Leadership Development, Beth is the HR guru who leads the charge in benefits, compensation, performance evaluation, employee relations, recruiting and compliance.
Prior to Adamas, Beth spent 25 years of her career in the staffing and outsourcing industry both in field operations and corporate roles leading strategic initiatives and always with a focus on Talent Initiatives. Today, Beth uses a combination of corporate experience, HR knowledge and Operations competencies to lead a best-in-class human resources operation that supports Adamas as a growing company.
JESUS MUNIZ, President
Jesus Muniz oversees all day-to-day operations for Adamas Building Services & Adamas Security.
Muniz joined Adamas in 2014, bringing over 17 years of operation management experience to his role as President. As President, he serves as a daily resource and mentor to his executive team. He works with his team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness, conducts property assessments of work, supports client relations for maximized communication and fosters an “Employees First” culture and philosophy to deliver best in class levels of service. HUMBERTO RIVERA, Director of Operations
Humberto Rivera’s career began in the residential services industry in 2008. During his career, he has worked and managed some of the most luxurious properties along the Gold Coast overseeing teams that deliver services including Concierge, Package Room, Maintenance and Cleaning. Humberto has an inherent ability to understand the expectations of high-net worth individuals and interpret those expectations so that they are embraced by the team that delivers these services under his management. Humberto is an exceptional relationship development professional and he takes pride in the trust and respect he earns from his clients. Humberto joined the Adamas team in 2014 and quickly worked his way from Site Supervisor to Regional Manager to Operations Director. He is responsible for the Jersey City residential portfolio.
PAUL DEJESUS, Director of Facilities
Paul DeJesus has more than 20 years of experience working in building maintenance. His expertise stems from his professional work experience as a Superintendent of large luxury condominiums on the Gold Coast of New Jersey. Paul is adept at building teams that execute to superior service levels. He has managed capital improvement projects and supports our field maintenance management teams on both a day-to-day mechanical basis as well as in the areas of project management.
Paul is certified in the following areas: HVAC Technician, Certified Pool Operator, Certified Aerial Boom Operator, Black Seal Certified and a Certified Fire Safety Manager. He carries this expertise from site-to-site offering his expertise and leveraging his knowledge to ensure mechanical, safety and facilities standards are met at high levels.
JULIE LEHMANN, Operations Administrator
Julie Lehman comes from an entrepreneurial career where she has worn many hats and has spearheaded projects from start to finish. She brings a level of professionalism and fun to the Adamas team and leads operational processes including Recruiting and Onboarding talent, time and attendance, policy and procedure compliance, employee relations programs and being the liaison between the corporate team and the field organization. Julie’s communication, organization and follow-up skills are what make her the key to success in this role and in keeping the lines of communication open throughout the organization.
ART BURROWS, Regional Site Manager
Art Burrows joined Adamas Building Services in 2015 and comes to the team with more than 15 years in the hospitality services industry. Art's career spans leadership roles that include Lobby & Front Desk Services, Security, and Housekeeping operations for four star properties along the East Coast of the United States. He has been trained and has delivered training in professional settings that require a commitment to quality to meet clients' high level of expectations. During his tenure, Art has demonstrated his commitment to excellence by building trust and respect with his teams, inspecting what he expects in terms of 5 Diamond Customer Service delivery techniques and building positive relationships with Adamas clients. He listens and incorporates feedback into the operational processes that captures the essence of what Adamas clients want to achieve.
JESSE LEDO, Regional Manager
Jesse Ledo joined the Adamas team in 2015 as Site Manager of one of the most luxurious properties on the Gold Coast. He led a team of 10 service professionals who were responsible for overall client satisfaction for Concierge and Lobby Services. Jesse has a passion for the service industry and pursued a degree in Hospitality from New Jersey City University. Today, Jesse is a Regional Manager overseeing several residential properties in Hudson and Bergen Counties that have a focus on front-facing client service functions. Jesse has an exceptional ability to train Adamas service professionals to know and understand the skills required to deliver positive client experiences.
