Providing White Glove Service to luxury properties for a decade


Founded in 2011, Adamas Building Services is a boutique company providing White Glove Services to luxury residential properties. From the beginning, Adamas has provided concierge, janitorial, and maintenance services. In 2016, security services were added through Adamas Security, LLC. In 2018 Adamas acquired Tavent Group, Inc., a local company providing valet parking for luxury communities and hotels, along with front door services, concierge, transportation, and porter services. In response to the needs of our luxury clients, amenities services – pool, fitness, spa management, ambassadors, and life guards – were added in 2019.

Adamas’ success is driven by a philosophy of “Employees First” that results in high retention rates of happy employees who value their jobs, resulting in exceptional White Glove Service for residents of our luxury clients.

With an experienced exceptional leadership team, Adamas is poised for expansion into new locations while maintaining a high level of service to our existing client properties. Adamas has developed a model for recruiting, hiring and training employees, specifically for each client property, ensuring that each luxury setting has the right employees for each position. The proprietary 11 step hiring process and Adamas University training are unique in the industry and exemplify the commitment, at every level, that Adamas makes to their clients.

Adamas Building Services is focused on expanding its service offerings and becoming the “diamond” standard of White Glove Services for building owners, associations, and property management companies across the United States.
