A wealth of leadership experience guiding Adamas’ White Glove Service for luxury residential properties

Jesus Muniz, CEO

Jesus Muniz joined Adamas Building Services in 2014 and became the Owner and CEO in 2018.

Jesus has had a 23-year career in operations and company management. As CEO, he serves as a daily resource and mentor to his executive team while overseeing all aspects of the expanding business. He implemented an “Employee First” focus at Adamas because he knows that the success of the company is in the quality of the employees. Jesus works with his team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and efficacy, conducts property assessments, supports client relations for maximized communication, and nurtures a culture of impeccable service. His philosophy is that when you do the right thing and place Employees First, their productivity, performance, and quality of work are apparent in everything they do. Adamas has a track record of retaining employees and therefore providing consistency for their client properties, which is a result of always putting the employees first!

Jesus’ track record of success includes the ability to assess his clients’ needs, design programs to fit those needs, solve their everyday problems, and provide innovative approaches to enhance the lives of their luxury residents. His ability to motivate staff and train individuals to exceed the clients’ expectations has resulted in Adamas being recognized as an exceptional employer and sought after supplier of service personnel to luxury residential properties.

Charles Tavormina, President

Charles Tavormina jointed Adamas in 2018 as President.

Charles has had over 20 years of national experience in servicing residential condominiums, hotels, entertainment venues, and medical facilities in the management of staffing. His focus has been the management of staffing and logistics for parking, concierge, and valet services for luxury properties. Before joining Adamas, Charles founded Tavent Group, Inc. to provide valet parking for luxury communities and hotels. He then expanded Tavent Group Inc. to include front door services, concierge, transportation, and porter services. Charles partners with property management and community associations to supply services to provide a seamless customer service experience. Bringing Tavent Group, Inc and Adamas together made perfect sense allowing them to ensure maximum customer service and efficiency at competitive pricing, always maintaining exceptional service for every client property.

Charles is known for his ability to provide elite services for residents and guests, thereby assisting property managers in elevating the reputation of their properties.

Ruth Ocasio-Mojares, Vice President of Human Resources

Ruth Ocasio-Mojares joined Adamas in 2020 as Human Resource Generalist and then became Vice President Human Resources/Chief Administrative Officer.

Ruth is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of operational and administrative leadership, program management, and communications experience reaching the Vice President level.  She has focused her career in community relations, corporate services, and human resources. Ruth is highly skilled in organizational development initiatives, budget management and allocation, leading and growing talented and diverse high-performance teams, and partnering with senior and executive-level leadership to execute strategic planning using effective best practices. She has demonstrated an ability to lead through change, is a resourceful problem solver and collaborates with key stakeholders to support organizational growth and development with a visionary outlook.

Ruth also has vast experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion, having built innovative philanthropy and volunteerism programs for prior employers in the New York area. She served as a board member for United Way of Hudson County and the Morris County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Her core skills include diversity and inclusion, stakeholder engagement, communications, branding, marketing, and social media outreach, making her a natural fit for Adamas, a recognized supplier of top-notch services and personnel for luxury properties. Ruth was excited to join the growing Adamas Team as she shares their passion and mission of Employees First!

Humberto Rivera, Executive Director of Operations

Humberto Rivera joined Adamas in 2014 as a site supervisor, eventually becoming Director of Human Resources and is now Executive Director of Operations.

In his 12 year career in the residential service industry, he has managed some of the most luxurious properties along the Gold Coast. He has overseen teams in concierge, package room, maintenance, and cleaning. Humberto possesses an inherent ability to understand the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and interpret those into actions for the team that delivers those services. He is an exceptional relationship development professional and takes pride in the trust and respect he earns from his clients. As Director of Human Resources, he is responsible for the training and development of new and existing employees while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.  He is an advocate for the Adamas’ Service Champions and mentors all employees to reach their full potential.

Humberto is instrumental in individual and career development to strengthen staff retention, enhancing training programs, and creating greater job mobility opportunities.

Silya Naghshbandi, Human Resources Generalist

Silya Naghshbandi joined Adamas in 2020 as Human Resources Generalist.

Silya has a wide-ranging professional background, including but not limited to paralegal experience in real estate, litigation, immigration, family, & municipal law. Her legal positions include a vast amount of administrative experience, legal research, budgeting, client services, and responsibility for all incoming and outgoing correspondence. Silya also has high-level business administration experience, retail services, data entry, quality control, merchandise claims, marketing, and commercial hospitality dealing with tenants. Her vast knowledge and experience make her an immediate asset to our recruiting team. She thrives on helping businesses grow and is striving to initiate new ways and ideas to retain employees who best fit the Adamas brand.

Gary Treamont, Director of Security

Gary Treamont joined Adamas in 2018 as Operations Manager and then became Director of Security.

Gary served 20 years in the Newark Police Department and retired as a Detective. He has training from the FBI and NY City Police Department as well as certifications including, Homeland Security and Active Shooter Emergency Action Plans.

Gary makes security a priority in the luxury high-rise buildings of our clients. He designs programs to maintain the luxury lifestyle of residents while maintaining a successful integration of security with luxury living. Additionally, Gary has superior interpersonal skills. He leads with positivity, enthusiasm, creativity, and natural curiosity, all contributing to his success in helping staff to meet and exceed the mission of providing the most exceptional experience for residents and guests. Property managers appreciate his attention to security as that helps to retain residents in their properties.

Christina Reyes, Director of Business Development Maryland/DC Area

Christina Reyes joined Adamas in 2020 as Director of Business Development Maryland/DC Area.

Christina has had an 18-year career working in Property Management. Her expertise stems from her increasingly advanced positions, starting as an on-site property manager to eventually advancing to Sr. Regional Manager/HR Administrator for a Property Management Company in Baltimore, MD.

Christina managed a 12-property portfolio consisting of 4,794 apartments and townhomes. She excels in implementing policies and procedures that lead her teams to success. She has an appreciation for the expectations of the luxury community resident along with a keen eye to detail, maximizing the overall curb appeal, strategizes in methods to increase revenue, reduce bad debt and maximize occupancy.

Christina is recognized for her dedication, support, and enthusiasm to ensure the success of the day- to-day operations of each community. She is uniquely qualified to relate to the needs of the property managers and to ensure that Adamas always functions as a partner, helping them to meet their goals of resident satisfaction.

Mark Mojares, Director of Business Development and Project Management

Mark Mojares joined Adamas in 2020 as Director of Business Development and Project Management.

Mark has had a 15-year career in operations management, construction, finance, and business development for start-ups to multimillion-dollar organizations. Mark’s experience encompasses resolving long-standing challenges and creating process solutions that improve operational efficiency. He can leverage expert analysis and insights for a lean approach to create empowerment that drives organizational improvements, behavior, and instills best practices.

In this role with Adamas, he is responsible for sales and client relationship management as well as tracking new markets and emerging trends. The objectives include branding, expansion in the markets, new user acquisition, and awareness.

Mark’s prior experience makes him a natural for this position where he will rely on his abilities in operations management. He will be a vital participant in the growth of Adamas and conveying the exceptional advantages of Adamas over competitors when it comes to partnering with property managers to attract and maintain residents.

Rick Ruiz, Director of Business Development Florida

Rick Ruiz joined Adamas in 2020 as Director of Business Development Florida.

Rick has a strong background in graphic design, sales, and marketing, helping builders create marketing campaigns to expand their brand. Rick has been a Florida resident since 2004 and has worked with builders for many years.

Rick is poised to use his experience in marketing, sales, and the building industry in Florida to help Adamas meet their business expansion goals. He will be a great asset to property managers and contractors for new construction in helping them to recognize all the amenity services they can expect from Adamas. He will be in a position to support the new clients in determining what services they will provide to their residents to attract and retain new residents.

Pedro Rodriguez, Director of Business Development

Pedro Rodriguez joined Adamas in 2019 as Director of Business Development.

Pedro has over five years of experience in real estate sales. He is driven to success and has won the circle of excellence award from the New Jersey Real Estate Association for the past two years. He is a natural-born leader, critical thinker, and problem solver. His certification in pool operation and inspection, along with his experience with the American Red Cross training and certifying lifeguards, will significantly enhance our Amenities services.

A 2010 graduate from New Jersey City University, with a major in Economics and a minor in Mathematics and Business Administration Pedro, has a strong business foundation that will enhance his contribution to Adamas’ future growth plans.

Eriberto Carrero, Operations Manager

Eddie Carrero joined Adamas in 2018 as Operations Manager.

Eddie started his career in the Residential Industry in 2014 with Tavent Group Inc. He has experience in parking, hotel management, and valet, as well as five years in hospitality management. Through his experiences in the luxury residential industry, he has proven to be guest-oriented, enthusiastic, driven to provide an exceptional experience to guests and residents, and an effective manager.

Highly skilled in the development of front-end customer service staffing, parking management, and hotel management, Eddie is a reliable partner for property managers who can count on him to give them a seamless experience with Adamas. His philosophy is that he is only as good as his team; therefore, he strives to mentor his team and provide them with all the skills needed to excel in their jobs.

Peter Chirico, Operations Manager

Peter Chirico joined Adamas in 2020 as an Operations Manager.

Peter has had a 20-year career in Law Enforcement. His prior experience includes several certifications in investigations, accident reconstruction, interviews, and interrogations. As a Detective, he received training from Newark Police, Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey State Police, New York City Police, Pennsylvania State Police, FBI, ATF, DEA, and Homeland Security Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Peter has completed courses in business and hotel management through Cornell, as well as OSHA Safety courses at Montclair State, and Bloomfield College.

In his role with Adamas, he will use his strong problem-solving skills to help property managers determine how Adamas can assist them in making their properties successful, meeting the needs of their residents to enhance retention. Peter’s creative and positive attitude makes him effective, leading, and teaching his team to contribute to the success of Adamas.

Alex Rivera, Operations Manager

Alex Rivera joined Adamas in 2020 as Operations Manager.

Alex has over 20 years of experience in building services. He began his career as a maintenance technician for New York University, where he provided services ranging from mechanical to public safety for 15 years. Alex has earned certifications in; Fire Fighter 1 & 2, Fire Inspector, Fire Official, Federal Housing Authority Inspector, and Federal Quality Standard Inspector. Alex then became Director of Maintenance for a multi-national diamond company. In that position, he created and implemented a maintenance program that included 10 locations throughout the United States. Understanding and addressing the needs of clients has always been a hallmark of his professional accomplishment. Alex is committed to giving back to his community, evidenced by his volunteering as a Firefighter, Inspector at HousingAuthority, Commissioner on Zoning, Planning and Rent Control Municipal boards. Alex looks forward to building on his experience in the maintenance field to bring service innovations to enhance the Adamas clients’ experience.

Joseph Marley, Operations Manager

Joseph Marley joined Adamas in 2020 as Operations Manager.

Joe has had an 18-year career in Operations Management Staffing and Client Services. He has a keen ability to manage multiple teams in remote locations to hire, train, and develop teams. His emphasis is always on training, employee safety, and OSHA regulations. Joe is recognized for his strong people skills and property management knowledge.  He has an innate ability to match potential employees with client needs. Dedicated to helping all individuals maximize their talents for advancement, Joe will be an excellent asset to Adamas employees and the company’s growth plans.
