A wealth of leadership experience guiding Adamas’ White Glove Service for luxury residential properties

Jesus Muniz, CEO

Jesus joined Adamas Building Services in 2014 and became the Owner and CEO in 2018.

Jesus has had a 23-year career in operations and company management. As CEO, he serves as a daily resource and mentor to his executive team while overseeing all aspects of the expanding business. He implemented an “Employee First” focus at Adamas because he knows that the success of the company is in the quality of the employees. Jesus works with his team to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and efficacy, conducts property assessments, supports client relations for maximized communication, and nurtures a culture of impeccable service. His philosophy is that when you do the right thing and place Employees First, their productivity, performance, and quality of work are apparent in everything they do. Adamas has a track record of retaining employees and therefore providing consistency for their client properties, which is a result of always putting the employees first!

Jesus’ track record of success includes the ability to assess his clients’ needs, design programs to fit those needs, solve their everyday problems, and provide innovative approaches to enhance the lives of their luxury residents. His ability to motivate staff and train individuals to exceed the clients’ expectations has resulted in Adamas being recognized as an exceptional employer and sought after supplier of service personnel to luxury residential properties.

Dino Iuliano, COO for Adamas Amenity Services LLC, Adamas Parking Services LLC, and Adamas Trash Away LLC

Dino joined Adamas Building Services in 2022.

Dino will spearhead the continued growth of Adamas’ amenity, parking, and waste services, the fastest growing services in Adamas Building Services. Dino is an undisputed leader within the real estate industry. He has pioneered best-in-class service delivery across several states. With his solid understanding of customer satisfaction, he has a proven history of maximizing the growth potential of a range of businesses. Dino is joining an already successful, energetic team to drive the operational expansion within the amenity, parking, and waste management divisions of Adamas. He is based in the Adamas Florida office.

Dino has been featured in various industry publications, such as NY Real Estate Journal, New Jersey & Company, and Real Estate Weekly, and provides security safety and awareness lectures. Mr. Iuliano was a recipient of the NJBIZ “Top 40 under 40” in September of 2009 and The Security Honor Roll in Access Control & Security Systems Magazine (5 who make a difference) in September of 2008. Iuliano served in the United States Marine Corps and was previously a Sheriff’s Officer in New Jersey.

Dino’s prior experience and strong belief in Adamas Building Services’ management team and company competencies make him the best choice to fill this role to help amenities, parking, and waste continue to grow and flourish.

Ruth Ocasio-Mojares, Vice President of Human Resources

Ruth joined Adamas in 2020 as Chief Administrative Officer and transitioned to Vice President of Human Resources.

Ruth is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of operational and administrative leadership, program management, and communications experience reaching the Vice President level.  She has focused her career in community relations, corporate services, and human resources. Ruth is highly skilled in organizational development initiatives, budget management and allocation, leading and growing talented and diverse high-performance teams, and partnering with senior and executive-level leadership to execute strategic planning using effective best practices. She has demonstrated an ability to lead through change, is a resourceful problem solver and collaborates with key stakeholders to support organizational growth and development with a visionary outlook.

Ruth also has vast experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion, having built innovative philanthropy and volunteerism programs for prior employers in the New York area. She served as a board member for United Way of Hudson County and the Morris County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  Her core skills include diversity and inclusion, stakeholder engagement, communications, branding, marketing, and social media outreach, making her a natural fit for Adamas, a recognized supplier of top-notch services and personnel for luxury properties. Ruth was excited to join the growing Adamas Team as she shares their passion and mission of Employees First!

Maureen O’Connor, Controller

Maureen joined Adamas in 2022 as Controller.

Maureen holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Farleigh Dickinson University. She served as Controller, for 11 years, at SILVERMAN, a real estate development and property management company. Maureen’s vast experience with all aspects of accounting operations, benefits administration, insurance coverage for managed properties, handling of legal issues along with counsel, and financial analysis make her the perfect Controller for Adamas Building Services.

The opportunity to join Adamas was very appealing to Maureen because of the industry-leading service Adamas is known for and her ability to streamline budgeting, process payroll for many employees, and financial reporting for the leadership team. She looks forward to producing financial reports and analyses to allow for data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the continued growth of Adamas.

Maureen brings such vast experience in accounting for the property management field that she will positively impact Adamas and the proposed expansion. In addition, she is excited to be working at a family-like company with its emphasis on “Employees First”.

Charles Cronk, Vice President, Operations of North Jersey

Charles joined Adamas in 2022 as Executive Director of Operations and was recently promoted to Vice President, Operations of North Jersey.

With 20+ years of executive experience in operations management, training, and customer service Charles was thrilled to join Adamas because the Company’s vision and values align with his. The Employee First philosophy of the organization is one of the key reasons he chose to work with Adamas. He knows that our employees’ satisfaction, built on loyalty to the Company, results in exceptional performance for our clients.

Charles was the perfect choice for the Executive Director of Operations position due to his dedication to building strong relationships with property managers, his analytical skills, knowledge of operations, and exceptional team mentoring and motivation.

He looks forward to contributing to the systems and processes to enhance Adamas’ ability to provide one-stop-shop services to our property managers.

Peter Chirico, Executive Director, Special Operations

Peter joined Adamas in 2020 as an Operations Manager and in 2021 was promoted to Executive Director, Special Operations.

Peter has had a 20-year career in Law Enforcement. His prior experience includes several certifications in investigations, accident reconstruction, interviews, and interrogations. As a Detective, he received training from Newark Police, Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, New Jersey State Police, New York City Police, Pennsylvania State Police, FBI, ATF, DEA, and Homeland Security Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Peter has completed courses in business and hotel management through Cornell, as well as OSHA Safety courses at Montclair State, and Bloomfield College.

In his role with Adamas, he will use his strong problem-solving skills to help property managers determine how Adamas can assist them in making their properties successful, meeting the needs of their residents to enhance retention. Peter’s creative and positive attitude makes him effective, leading, and teaching his team to contribute to the success of Adamas.

Albe Galasso, Executive Director, Operations of North Jersey

Albe joined Adamas in 2022 as an Operations Manager and was recently promoted to Executive Director, Operations of North Jersey.

Over his 13-year career, Albe has managed operations including janitorial, maintenance, security, concierge, regional transitions, and pool services over a broad geographic area. The opportunity to join Adamas is one that he could not pass up so that he can contribute to the growth and success of the Company. He believes that exceptional operations teams solidify the organization’s reputation as the full-service option for property managers looking for a partner to keep their properties running smoothly for their residents.

Albe was a natural hire for Adamas because of his well-rounded experience with many services categories provided to our client properties. He looks forward to helping build on the strong foundation of White Glove Service in a one-stop-shop offering for property managers.

Mark Mojares, Director of Business and Project Management

Mark joined Adamas in 2020 as Director of Business and Project Management.

Mark has had a 15-year career in operations management, construction, finance, and business development for start-ups to multimillion-dollar organizations. Mark’s experience encompasses resolving long-standing challenges and creating process solutions that improve operational efficiency. He can leverage expert analysis and insights for a lean approach to create empowerment that drives organizational improvements, behavior, and instills best practices.

In this role with Adamas, he is responsible for sales and client relationship management as well as tracking new markets and emerging trends. The objectives include branding, expansion in the markets, new user acquisition, and awareness.

Mark’s prior experience makes him a natural for this position where he will rely on his abilities in operations management. He will be a vital participant in the growth of Adamas and conveying the exceptional advantages of Adamas over competitors when it comes to partnering with property managers to attract and maintain residents.

Gary Treamont, Director of Business Development

Gary joined Adamas in 2018 as Operations Manager and then became Director of Business Development.

Gary served 20 years in the Newark Police Department and retired as a Detective. He has training from the FBI and NY City Police Department as well as certifications including, Homeland Security and Active Shooter Emergency Action Plans.

Gary makes security a priority in the luxury high-rise buildings of our clients. He designs programs to maintain the luxury lifestyle of residents while maintaining a successful integration of security with luxury living. Additionally, Gary has superior interpersonal skills. He leads with positivity, enthusiasm, creativity, and natural curiosity, all contributing to his success in helping staff to meet and exceed the mission of providing the most exceptional experience for residents and guests. Property managers appreciate his attention to security as that helps to retain residents in their properties.

Humberto Rivera, Executive Director, Payroll Management

Humberto joined Adamas in 2014 as a site supervisor and most recently held the position of Executive Director of Operations and is now Executive Director, Payroll Management.

In his 12 year career in the residential service industry, he has managed some of the most luxurious properties along the Gold Coast. He has overseen teams in concierge, package room, maintenance, and cleaning. Humberto possesses an inherent ability to understand the expectations of high-net-worth individuals and interpret those into actions for the team that delivers those services. He is an exceptional relationship development professional and takes pride in the trust and respect he earns from his clients.

Humberto is instrumental in individual and career development to strengthen staff retention, enhance training programs, and create significant job mobility opportunities. In addition, he is an advocate for the Adamas’ Service Champions and mentors all employees to reach their full potential.

Joanna Lebrun, Operations Manager

Joanna joined Adamas in 2022 as an Operations Manager

Her prior experience in the residential property field made the opportunity with Adamas very attractive to her. Joanna has managed multiple accounts, overseeing over 100 employees assigned to client properties. In addition, she nurtured client relationships, monitored properties, and handled payroll and staff mentoring.

Joanna looks forward to growing with Adamas as the Company expands. Her enthusiasm and problem-solving skills will bring her success in this position.

Ruben Sabillon, Operations Manager

Ruben joined Adamas in 2022 as an Operations Manager

As an experienced operations manager, Ruben will immediately bring knowledge and skills to assist our client property managers. His expertise is in developing client relationships and understanding the property managers’ role in various settings to find the best options to meet their needs.

Ruben sees the opportunity to work with Adamas as a growth opportunity for him and a chance for him to expand his skills within an environment that puts employees first. In addition, he is enthusiastic about continuing the culture of providing each client property with the best solutions to their operations needs in an efficient process.
