“Employees First” begins with our recruiting and candidate selection process to identify top candidates for each of our client properties. We have a thorough on-boarding program, training at Adamas University, opportunities for upward mobility, and employee recognition programs.
All Adamas staff members are hired using our proprietary 11 Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process, which consists of several steps. They must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey before their first in-person interview. A thorough background check is completed on all candidates, and this must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded.
