Hiring Process

Adamas uses a proprietary 11 step hiring process to ensure that potential candidates meet our luxury residential property clients’ needs and, more importantly, to determine that the position is a fit for that employee.

From the first contact through hiring, candidates for positions within Adamas are engaged with their Adamas Recruiter. Our hiring process is very interactive, where both Adamas and the candidate can ask questions and fully exchange information. Finding the right candidate for each opening and finding the position where that candidate can excel is our goal.

One of Many Success Stories

Humberto Rivera – Executive Director of Operations

Humberto joined Adamas as a Front Desk Concierge in 2014, he was almost immediately promoted to Site Lead/Supervisor due to his prior experience and innate ability to manage staff while also working with the building management to ensure that residents received the White Glove Service they require.

Because of his hard work and industry knowledge, he was promoted to Director of Operations in 2015 where he exhibited his talents for identifying, training, and motivating staff. In 2018, he was promoted to Director of Recruiting and Training and then in 2019 became Adamas’ Director of Human Resources. He is now the Executive Director of Operations, where he is able to mentor employees and direct opportunities for career advancement while also maintaining all applicable safety and government regulations throughout all Adamas client properties.

Humberto’s history with Adamas is one example of many employees who have grown with the organization and been rewarded for their hard work and dedication.
