Amenities services include:

  • Pool management and ambassadors

  • Reservation management for amenity services and check-in process

Adamas Ambassadors are employees who are on-site at the pool, fitness center, or spa to enhance the resident experience. They handle check-in and out, scheduling, monitoring attendance, providing supplies to residents, all with White Glove Service. Lifeguards are trained, insured, and certified. Management of each amenity service uses our proprietary technology, Adamas Edge, to simplify and manage the flow.

All Adamas Service Ambassador Staff members are hired using our proprietary 11 Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process, which consists of several steps. They must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey before their first in-person interview. A thorough background check is completed on all candidates, and this must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded.

Amenity services are sometimes viewed as an “after thought” to the property, but by implementation of our White Glove Service, we find that amenity services help to retain residents for our luxury property clients.
