Adamas Ambassadors are on-site employees supplied for our client properties to enhance the experience provided to residents and guests. They handle check-in and -out at the pool, fitness center, or spa, scheduling, monitoring attendance, and delivering supplies to residents. Lifeguards are trained, insured, and certified. For Food and Beverage Personnel and Event Staffing, our highly trained Service Champions treat all guests with Adamas’ hallmark White Glove Service making your events memorable and enjoyable experiences. Management of each amenity service uses our proprietary technology, Adamas Edge, to simplify and manage the flow.
All Adamas Service Ambassador Staff members are hired using our proprietary 11 Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process, which consists of several steps. They must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey before their first in-person interview. A thorough background check is completed on all candidates, and this must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded.
Amenity services are sometimes viewed as an “after thought” to the property, but by implementation of our White Glove Service, we find that amenity services help to retain residents for our luxury property clients.
