We are your partner to ensure that your concierge, front desk, and doorman services represent your property in a consistently professional “White Glove” manner.

Concierge services are critical to the reputation of luxury properties. A friendly face, a professional demeanor, efficient service, consistent follow-through, a sense of community, a warm welcome home at the end of the day, reliable package delivery, and so much more is provided to your residents when you contract with Adamas to fill your concierge needs.

All Adamas Service Champion Staff members are hired using our proprietary 11 Step Hiring Process to ensure that we select the most qualified candidates. All prospective employees go through our Profile Selection Process, which consists of several steps. They must pass a Behavioral Integrity, Approach to Work, and Retention survey before their first in-person interview. A thorough background check is completed on all candidates, and this must be “clear” to move forward. Candidates must also pass a drug test before employment. All employees are bonded.

Through our Adamas University, all concierge service personnel receive extensive instruction in all aspects of their job duties. White Glove Service becomes second nature to them with the training they receive.

Concierge personnel, as is the case for all Adamas employees, receive a generous benefits package, recognition bonus programs, performance evaluations, continued training, and a competitive hourly rate.
